Mrs. Seaborne is a talented teacher whom we are excited to have at Bibleway Academy Online.  She started her career in South Africa as an elementary teacher.  Later while substitute teaching in England, she was often asked to teach the middle school grades, which she found she loved.  Currently, she is teaching English full-time to grades 5, 6 and 7 at a small, private school in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. She is quite excited to be venturing into the high school English classes with BAO.  Mrs. Seaborne may be ready to graduate high school for the second time!

Mrs. Seaborne studied at her local university and received a Bachelor of Education Degree in the Junior Primary and an Honours Degree in English. She also completed training in order to teach IT courses with a program called “Knowledge Network.” In addition to English, her other passion is drama, and she has directed several productions in her years as a teacher.

She and her husband Shaun of twenty-five years, and their three sons reside in a coastal city of South Africa. Two of her boys are studying at the university and the youngest is in high school. They are blessed to be able to walk across the street to attend their church. This is the same local assembly where Mrs. Seaborne gave her life to the Lord and where she got married. Her family enjoys being involved with church activities and recently helped to organize a youth camp.

Reading and walking are Mrs Seaborne’s main two hobbies in addition to spending time with her family. She feels that we all need a creative outlet in our lives and is excited to be bringing this passion to Bibleway Academy Online.  She loves to see others grow in ability and confidence and knows that being part of that growth allows her to do the same.
