Tuition & Fees

Bibleway Academy Online strives to offer courses at an affordable price for homeschool families, while still adequately compensating our qualified teachers and staff. We recognize that price plays a big part in your decision-making process when choosing between the many curriculums and homeschool options available. We have tried our best to keep our tuition as low and as competitive as possible. After keeping tution the same since 2020, we have, by necessity, raised tuition marginally for the 2023/2024 school year.

We occasionally have donors who want to help families that do not have the finances to cover their tuition.  If you require assistance with tuition, contact the BAO administration to fill out a scholarship form.

Tuition Grid

There is a $50 enrollment fee yearly. This fee will be waived if the completed forms are submitted to the administration by June 1 each year. . A late fee of $100 will be charged for any application or re-enrollment forms submitted to the administration after July 31st.

Payment Plans

To assist Bibleway Academy Online Families, the following options are available, as payment plans:

  • Full payment for yearly tuition is due the first day of the school year. To assist Bibleway Academy Online families, the following options are available as payment plans:
    • Annual Payment – Payment may be made by check, debit, or credit card. Any check for annual payment should be dated August 20th and submitted to the Bibleway Academy Online administration at least one week before the first day of classes.
    • Semi-Annual Payment – Payment may be made by cash, check, debit or credit card. Any checks for semi-annual payment should be dated August 20th and January 1st and submitted to the Bibleway Academy Online administration at least one week before the first day of classes.
    • Monthly Payments – payment of 10% of the annual tuition is due on the 3rd or 18th of each of the 10 months that school is in session (August to May). These payments must be made by pre-authorized debit or credit card. In the event that the pre-authorized debit is rejected by the family’s financial institution, an NSF fee will be charged and a replacement payment must be made within seven days.

Please Note

  • A full-time student is enrolled in a minimum of 4 courses.
  • If a student leaves Bibleway Academy Online for any reason, including graduation, suspension or expulsion, and transfer, all unpaid accounts remain due to the school.
  • All tuition and fees are to be paid in US funds.
